We have a role that is available and is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career as a Squad Lead within our Infodrive products.

The Squad Lead- Infodrive will play a key strategic role within the Engineering team. Working under the direction of the Engineering Manager – Infodrive CX your role includes:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage an overall team of 4+ engineers focused on Infomedia’s Infodrive CX product, driving the development of high-quality software. Make decisions which influence the success of projects and team objectives. Create and communicate multiple design views to identify and balance the concerns of all stakeholders of the software design and to allow for both functional and non-functional requirements. Train and mentor all members within your team when needed (including offshore teams) Challenge the team to think about aligning their implementations to our engineering target state. Ensure you’re continually improving our DevOps and engineering practices. Work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability. Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes and helping to uplift our agile processes and provide technical direction on key projects and initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Past team leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality work and promoting engineering best practices required 3+ AWS experience required, preferably experience in container technology Strong DevOps experience required- infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform) SaaS-based fullstack software development experience – our tech stack includes Java, Angular, Javascript, MySQL
