The Tilford Auto Group is a locally owned family business, one of Hobart's largest authorised dealers of Ford, Skoda, Honda, Chery, Jaguar, and Land Rovers passenger cars, sales, service and parts dealership.

We are currently seeking an Automotive Frontline Trainee to join our Dealership on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to start or develop a successful career with a leading player in the Australian automotive industry.

Your main aim as an Automotive Trainee is to provide the best customer service to our clients, providing a seamless, exciting experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Strong work ethic and attitude
  • Ambition and drive - hungry to learn, grow and develop in a role;
  • Confident and self-motivated;
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and electronic);
  • Computer competency (Microsoft Office, incl. Word, Excel etc.)
  • Impeccable personal presentation;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer first attitude;
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service and fostering long term relationships;
  • Time management and organisational skills; and
  • To be eligible to apply for this position, you must hold a permanent Australian citizenship and a current manual Driver's Licence.
