The Role:


As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand growth by meticulously planning, managing, and executing SEO strategies. These initiatives aim to elevate organic search rankings, amplify website traffic, bolster lead generation, and ultimately foster revenue.
 
Key Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with the team to plan and execute local and global SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic search rankings, site traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth.

·        Utilise SEO best practices to develop and manage a comprehensive long-term SEO strategy for the company brand.

·        Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink analysis to enhance website visibility, usability, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.

·        Coordinate with paid search, content, and web specialists to optimise all digital activities and ensure seamless integration across channels.

·        Prepare monthly SEO reports outlining organic search performance, key metric changes, and actionable insights.

·        Serve as the primary advocate and educator for SEO within the business, fostering alignment and understanding across teams.



Requirements


Key Requirements:

·        2-5 years of experience as an SEO professional, preferably with a focus on Australian clients.

·        Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development, seeking opportunities for growth within a dynamic business environment.

·        Enjoyment in networking and cultivating relationships with diverse individuals.

·        Innovative thinker with a desire for creative solutions beyond conventional methods.

·        Passion for the digital marketing landscape and staying updated on industry trends.
