About the role

The eHealth Team supports the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as part of the Eastern Health ICT Strategy entitled “Great Digital Information – Transforming Health Care into Great Health and Wellbeing”

The role of eHealth Support & Training Team Lead is to manage second level support and training.  It is also encompasses participation in software build, development and maintenance of functional specifications, software releases, testing and defect resolution and to be a source of advice for the Cerner Millennium platform. This role includes management of eHealth Clinical Analyst/s (Support & Training).

About you 

To be successful in this role you should possess:

• Experience in staff supervision or managing a team 
• Experience in developing training plans
• Experience in customer support and service delivery
• Experience in training clinical staff from all levels within a healthcare setting
