What are we looking for?

We have a great opportunity for a Law Clerk to join our growing Workers Compensation team in the Newcastle office. This is a great opportunity for a 2nd year law student. We are open to flexible work arrangements with a minimum availability of 3 days a week. 

This role will have you responsible for providing support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Your daily duties will include:

Providing a great level of care and support to our clients in a professional manner Communicating with clients, insurers and other professionals both in writing and verbally Preparing legal correspondence and compiling court documents Review, analyse and summarise medical records and other documents Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations  Working closely with the legal teams to advance legal matters for clients
