What will your typical day look like?

As part of the global Centralized Cybersecurity Threat Intel team, responsibilities include:

Collaborate with internal and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of secure coding practices and consistent automation and integration of DevSecOps processes across Deloitte. Support Secure Systems Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), including functional and non-functional cybersecurity requirements for all new application developments. Develop integrations and design transforms to expand access to data sources across Deloitte. Implement solutions through our existing DevOps maturity model, primarily utilizing languages such as Python and accessing data via restful APIs. Follow the Definition of Done for both developments and integrations, conduct implementation and development testing, adhering to standards. Involve yourself in agile documentation practices. Work collaboratively with developers, engineering teams, and security teams to create innovative approaches to data source accessibility. Coordinate with teams across the enterprise to develop automation and integration code in several environments, including on-premises (e.g., Java, .Net, Python, Visual Basic, PowerShell, Bash, C++, Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and major cloud platforms. Recognize security implications during the software/code acceptance phase and implement appropriate solutions in accordance with established protocols. Proactively engage with external teams and units to facilitate integrations and development, including initiating communications for requirements and troubleshooting collaborations. Maintain relationships with corresponding counterparts on various teams. Relay updates and roadmaps from vendors to development stakeholders.

You are someone with:

Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Software Engineering or technology-related field, or equivalent education-related experience. 2-3 years of combined experience in software engineering and development, DevOps/DevSecOps, preferably in an Information security domain. Experience working independently and geographically separate from some team members. Interest and curiosity to work in Cyber Domains. Proficient experience in scripting, especially in Python. Experience in writing API connectors and scalable applications. Familiarity with Threat Intel Platforms, Link Analysis tools, MISP, Azure DevOps, or any Orchestration tools. Experience working with large data sets. Experience automating processes and procedures. Familiarity with PowerShell Technology or Cyber related Certifications Experience with application frameworks such as Spring, nodejs, and alike. Experience with development in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
