About the Role

We are actively seeking experienced Shift Operators to join the team at our Kemerton fixed base plant.

• Our 24/7 shift sportsman roster will see you working 7 shifts per fortnight for 16 weeks followed by 4 weeks of paid time off. 

With 12 hour shifts, it is important to manage fatigue. You will need to reside or be PREPARED TO RELOCATE to within 45 minutes of our Kemerton Plant in Wellesley.

The ideal candidate will;

• • Execute a high commitment to safety in all aspects of your work
  • Have capacity and desire to participate in ongoing training, developing skills and experience;
  • Demonstrate a high motivation and aptitude towards team work;
  • Have aptitude in using computers and/or process control equipment;
  • Demonstrate high level problem solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Have a reasonable level of physical fitness and the ability to complete manual labour tasks;
  • Be curious, listen and communicate well;
• Have the legal right to live and work in Australia; and

It would be considered highly desirable if you had;

• Certificate II or III in Process Plant Operations
• Appropriate licences and demonstrated experience operating equipment and machinery;
• Ability to operate fixed plant and equipment independently;
