Restaurant Server

Traverse Alpine Group is a renowned hospitality operator known for delivering exceptional food and beverage services in breathtaking locations. As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team.

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the menu items
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them accurately to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Prepare and set up tables for dining
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to provide a seamless and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Server or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Valid food safety certification
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Server or in a similar role
