Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor our high performing Sydney team ensuring operational efficacy and unparalleled service delivery whilst collaborating with our other global assistance centres.
Orchestrate a seamless symphony between our key delivery medical, security and operational professionals. Play a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing, and retaining our service delivery team. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, aiding in the development of new business opportunities and product innovations. Engage with clients and prospects through meetings, centre tours, and direct interactions to showcase our services. Maintain our reputation for top-quality service provided to our clients. Responsible as the Crisis Management Team coordinator, effectively leading crisis mobilization and supporting senior leadership during critical geo-political, natural disaster and business continuity incidents. About you

Proven experience in making sound decisions in high-stress situations and within short turnaround time frames. A passion for driving excellence in delivery and execution.
