We have an opportunity for a Community Marketing Manager to join the team at Stockland. In this role you will maximize profit center performance by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that supports the delivery of the Project Vision and outcomes.  

About the Role

  • Prepare and plan, in conjunction with Senior Manager, defining the local area marketing (LAM) strategy helping drive new and quality leads, supporting the achievement of sales targets set for the business
  • Ensure the execution of agreed objectives are established, tracked and reported on in a timely manner. Communicate and demonstrate the application of key learnings into the planning of future activity.
  • Development of all marketing activities – eDMs, social media, PR activity, events, renders, floorplans, design and signage for hoardings, brochures, content and testimonials
  • Ensure Community Development Initiatives are integrated into Local Area Marketing Plans (LAM) and executed accordingly.
  • Drive a culture of community insights (customer, competitor and product) into decision making at the project level to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
  • Review and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends to incorporate learning’s into national and local campaign development and execution
  • Adopt national standards to maintain a consistent approach to the marketing of residential communities across the country including approaches to launch of new communities, sales and information centers, display villages, project collateral, PR strategies. signage strategies and community engagement initiatives.
  • Be able to read and interpret data to drive a culture of insight-led marketing to assist decision-making atBe able to read and interpret data to drive a culture of insight-led marketing to assist decision-making at project level and enhance marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed Annual Budgets to minimise overspend impacts.

About You

  • 5+ years marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials. Property Industry experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Project management expertise
  • Experience with dealing with stakeholders of all levels, along with supplier management  
  • Marketing knowledge and expertise, ideally with experience in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
