We are currently seeking for a self-driven Buyer to be part of a member of the Purchasing Team. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective sourcing of the raw materials, finished goods, packaging and other supplies and services required for Sensient Technologies Australia to meet customer requirements. 

This opportunity is 100% office-based at our Keysborough office. 

What you will do: 

Managing suppliers and raw materials assigned. Manages MRP settings to ensure optimal lead times and inventory levels, and to minimize redundant inventory. Completes receipting and costing of goods.  Performs other duties that may be assigned to or required of the job.

What you will bring: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/ equivalent work experience at a professional level required.  Knowledge of accounting, traffic and inventory control.  Previous experience in procurement preferred.  Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One experience preferred.
