Traverse Alpine Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join their team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service for guests. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front office staff, ensuring efficient and professional service
  • Handle guest complaints and requests, providing prompt resolution and high-quality customer service
  • Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accurate and timely processes
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized environment
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Assist with checking guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of billing and guest information
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a front office supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and support a team
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and financial transactions
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities
  • High level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
