We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performing Data and Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you'll lead technical efforts, provide mentorship, and support our critical MDM platform and future solutions. Your responsibilities include consulting with project management, coordinating solution delivery, and promoting Agile and DevOps practices. You'll be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solutions and contributing fresh ideas for improvement. What you’ll do

Champion Agile and DevOps methodologies for value-driven project deliveryInnovatively solve complex problems and think beyond traditional boundaries.Lead and mentor specialist developers to promote best practicesCultivate a DevOps mindset and foster an innovative, results-driven cultureIdentify and implement technical improvements to align with business needsDrive continuous improvement, create reusable development patterns, and uphold agile principles

What you’ll bring

5 years of experience working in the software development Industry3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Master Data Management Advanced Edition v11.xExperience working in an agile development/delivery environmentExperience with DevOps processes and Cloud services (AWS)Demonstrated experience in Leading developing and building end to end technical strategies focusing on quality and fast feedback approaches, against diverse architecturesExperience in working with and developing Continuous Integration approachesExperience with Java development IDE’s such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
