What You’ll Be Working On  

An exciting opportunity currently exists within the Community Care team at Mosman Council. We are seeking an experienced bus driver with a friendly, caring and flexible attitude for ‘on call’ work. In this role you will also provide assistance with activities and programs in Community Care.  

Reporting to the Community Transport Coordinator, you will have responsibility for providing safe and supportive transport for our older residents, the frail aged and those with a disability, transporting passengers to medical appointments, shopping and social outings. In this position you will provide excellent customer service and monitor the safety of clients at all times.

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.

You will hold a Class LR Licence and experience driving a 17-seater or larger bus is essential. 

You will also require NSW Bus Driver Authority, with willingness to undertake a driving assessment through Council. 

In addition to the above, you will also hold a First Aid qualification or willingness to attend relevant training.

This position is subject to a National Police Check undertaken by Council.
