Our client is a National leader in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Opportunities exist on day shift for experienced Process / Production Workers who possess strong manufacturing experience across either Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing environments.

Shift times

  • Day shift - 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday
  • Regular Saturday Overtime available

Duties and responsibilities:
In this role you will predominantly be completing Blending, batching, ingredient weighing and general process and production tasks. During down times you will also assist across the process, production and canning lines.

  • Blending and batching of raw materials
  • Weighing and measuring raw materials
  • Working on process, production and canning lines
  • Verification of raw materials to ensure correct quantities have been received
  • Follow batch records and SOPs to meet production targets
  • Conduct quality control checks for in process and finished goods
  • Monitor encapsulation equipment/machinery and report abnormalities

 
Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical and / or food manufacturing industries
  • Previous experience in a process or production environment
  • Blending and batching of raw ingredients experience
  • Must adhere to strict WHS policy and procedures on site
  • Must be reliable and responsible at all times
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow strict orders and work systematically
