The Role:
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager and working alongside a passionate and supportive Food and Beverage team, we believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all our guests. Emphasis will be placed on assisting in maintaining the service standards, presentation, supervision and control of the beverage items. Under supportive and progressive leadership, there is plenty of opportunity to develop your career in hospitality.

Your talents will include:
We are looking for a passionate and career-focused hospitality expert, with previous experience as a Duty Manager/Supervisor and exposure to working in busy beverage driven environments. You will naturally demonstrate the ability to appraise, monitor, and evaluate the functions, systems, and the effectiveness of the bar operations, implement new ideas, policies and procedures in line with Hotel objectives and philosophies; with an inherent desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service. 

  • You will have a natural creative flair with strong organisational skills
  • Some experience of leading small teams of staff and inspiring their days with ideas, structure and creative planning
  • Rostering, identifying trends, working across recruitment and ensuring exceptional operating standards are very much part of the job
  • Your experience will be relevant across the hospitality service industry.
