Lead the team at this family favourite in Doncaster as their new Kitchen Manager

This newly created role means that you can make your mark and support the business to achieve even greater success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills and experience in managing a fast-paced kitchen. The venue prides itself on being independently owned where every dish is cooked to order and attention to detail is paramount. Join the team and add strength to the efficient service, fresh and delicious food and a friendly dining experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Hands on operational kitchen role
  • Menu development and production
  • Superior quality control and service
  • Financial and management control
  • Staff supervision, training and development
  • Motivation, productivity and attention to detail
  • Purchasing and stock control
  • OH&S
  • Strict Hygiene and food safety controls

About You :

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a QSR environment.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Qualified Chef
