Our busy clinics located in the ACT, are seeking a medical receptionist to join our team. The role is a part time, permanent position rotating throughout the 4 ACT clinics located in Woden, Deakin, Belconnen and Tuggeranong . The role is Monday to Wednesday working 7.6 hour shifts between the core hours of 7am-10pm , with optional weekend work.

What will you be doing: 

Be the first point of contact for patients at reception  Providing excellent customer service and patient care Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

Key selection criteria: 

Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable)  Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems  Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
