About the Role

We currently have a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Co-ordinator to join Talent Acquisition to support our Customer Markets business.

As a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition Team in providing an amazing People Centric talent experience for candidates and leaders through effective administration and coordination support. You will positively influence AGL brand as an Employer of Choice and embrace a Diverse and Inclusive culture.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will

  • Liaising with Hiring Managers and Candidates to coordinate internal and external interviews, ensuring candidate experience is prioritised throughout the Talent Acquisition process
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition team activities and projects including industry events
  • Coordination of Background and Medical Checks for Talent Acquisition team, ensuring 100% compliance
  • Utilising our ATS/HRIS (Workday) to support with advertising positions and ensuring accurate candidate information and appropriate documentation is recorded
  • Assisting with continuous improvement and identifying process improvement opportunities

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate an exceptional solutions-oriented approach, with a strong understanding of the importance of discretion and upholding of confidentiality and embrace change as we look to achieve our People agenda. As an individual, you will champion a diverse and inclusive culture, and have an interest in gaining exposure to Human Resources.

  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of AGL leaders and candidates
  • Proven Team Administration and Coordination support coupled with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates initiative and proactively problem solves to promote continuous improvement in the team
  • Ability to comfortably work with competing priorities
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new projects and tasks
  • Strive to add value throughout the Talent Acquisition experience
