Accounts and Office Administrator

- Salary between $60k - $75k plus super pending experience
- Full time or Part time - 5 days in the office
- Based in Southport with onsite parking and company perks
Accounts and Officer Administrator required for leading Finance Company based in Southport, supporting management you will be responsible for a variety of tasks.
Working full time or part time you will be required to be in the office Monday to Friday, you will also receive free Gym Membership and free onsite parking.
You will be required to provide support for such things as accounts, recruitment, projects and meetings and complete additional administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
- Assisting management with general support
- Handle forms and renewals for the business such as memberships, legislative forms etc.
- Administration support
- Recruitment and HR support
- Project support
- Meeting preparation and reporting
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Banking support
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Ability to always remain professional, respectful, and cooperative
- Prior accounts experience preferred
- A team player with a positive mindset
- An ability to build rapport and manage positive relationships
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work with a variety of responsibilities
- Meet deadlines and have strong time management
