From civil landscape construction, landscape maintenance, building services, Irrigation, Environmental services and Sports Turf/Golf Course management. We currently have offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong and Auckland.

So, what duties can you expect to do as a Team Leader?

  • Management and maintenance of award-winning high end commercial sites
  • Attend Training & development to assist you grow your career.
  • Some client liaising and representing the company on sites
  • Ad hoc administrative duties - reporting, take 5's, SWMS etc.
  • Specialised Maintenance work
  • Generalised Maintenance and upkeep work
  • Zero turn ride on operations
  • Other Machinery use and Hand tools.
  • Horticultural fine detail & Specialised works
  • Working within a team environment
  • Chemical application backpack and Spray Rigs

What are we looking for?

  • Previous team leading/supervisory experience or ready to step up
  • sound horticulture/maintenance knowledge.
  • Professional with our customers and your team
  • Previous Experience in the Landscape industry is preferable
  • Effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment that keeps you engaged
  • Someone who can lead by example for others to follow
  • Someone who enjoy fresh air, sunshine & nature while working in beautiful outdoor surrounds

What will you need?

  • Certificate II or III in Parks and Gardens or equivalent (Advantageous)
  • Driver's licence (Manual or Automatic)
  • National Police Check (or willing to obtain at our expense)
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
