Our client is a reputable full service firm located on the south side of Canberra. They specialise in property, commercial law, wills & estates and family law. With over 40 years operating in the Canberra market, they provide the highest standard of quality service to their clients.

Job Description
  • Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews.
  • Coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate electronic files and databases.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience as working in Conveyancing or Real Estate.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience using PEXA settlements and Duties Online.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with Conveyancing Manager is preferable must not mandatory.
