Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer (Industrial) to join our dynamic Operations team, on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will optimise all Operations and maintenance processes, develop and maintain documents, manuals, and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality across the department and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Establishing standards and policies for the creation and modification of documents and processes related to quality control, testing, and maintenance according to department principles and safety regulations.

·      Analyse current operational processes / control and identify the areas for improvement. Recommend and manage the execution of the approved improvement plans.

·      Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and maximise productivity across the operations department.

·      Investigate and review the tools, data, software, material, current operational processes, and established practices to recommend improvements in the quality of Operations & Maintenance.

·      Create Document Management Plan and automate processes, including flow design and office and on-site work requirements for the operation of solar farms/renewable assets.

·      Be proactive in all document control process matters, ensuring maximum disciplined usage.

·      Utilise data analytics tools to assess performance metrics and identify optimisation opportunities.

·      Provide technical expertise and support for process troubleshooting and problem-solving.

·      The go-to technical expert on all matters related to Document and Process Management Systems.

·      Manage all documentation and information relating to projects to ensure up-to-date information is always available.

·      Manage the administration of the documents/ processes to be for reviewed.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related field to Engineering.

·      Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

·      Proven experience using a document control system in an operation environment.

·      Understanding of process mapping and process flow.

·      Experience implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.

·      Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

·      Experience in engineering and using Lean, Six Sigma tools and methodologies favourable.

·      Knowledge of 9001 quality standards

·      Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills
