We are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.

About the opportunity

With a healthy pipeline of diverse projects coming through the door, our team needs to grow As the Project Manager, you’ll work with designers, civil engineers, and construction administrators to bring to life complex land division works and masterplanned communities, contributing throughout the project lifecycle. This role will see you:

  • Being the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed
  • Taking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to Spiire
  • Preparing tender and contract documentation
  • Collaborating in the design approval process
  • Managing budgets, invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues

About you

You are a degree qualified Civil Engineer with a proven track record successfully delivering land division projects and associated infrastructure. You thrive in an environment which provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity. You will come to us with:

  • Experience in civil design, construction, contracts administration or water engineering
  • A proven ability to use your communication skills effectively to achieve anticipated outcomes, whilst maintaining positive working relationships
  • Excellent administrative skills, driving accuracy and process improvement.
  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration; fostering a multidisciplinary approach to projects
  • Desire to become Chartered will be highly regarded.
