We are looking for an Ecommerce Content Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce strategy with a focus on content to enhance customer experiences and drive commercial outcomes.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Support the eCommerce team through execution of strategic content initiatives Overseeing all website content, ensuring adherence to digital style guide, web usability and accessibility standards Utilising customer feedback and analytics to optimise content performance Developing content initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Optimising the customer journey and experience online Implement dynamic content and personalisation to enhance the online shopping experience Building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business objectives Ensuring ongoing development of personal skills/knowledge for continuous improvementAbout you:
Technical knowledge and understanding of eCommerce platforms Communication and Consultation skills Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript SEO knowledge and skills desired Reporting, Analysis and Problem-Solving skills 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce functions Exposure to online merchandising and trading Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business disciplines or Tertiary qualification in Web Development desiredWe Offer:
