Working closely with various care sectors, they ensure qualified and compassionate support workers deliver specialized services effectively. They are looking for a Senior Finance Officer to join the team; day to day you will be: 

  • Ensure payroll compliance with organisational standards.
  • Analyse data for compliance support and advice.
  • Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, and queries.
  • Reconcile daily bank accounts and process funding.
  • Administer fortnightly payrolls and superannuation.
  • Process accounts receivable, payables, and invoices.
  • Generate accurate monthly revenue and expense reports.
  • Maintain financial transaction accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare financial statements, invoices, and proposals.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.

In order to be successful for the role, ideally you will possess:

  • General Ledger experience and MYOB experience  mandatory. 
  • Strong financial acumen and reporting capabilities within a service delivery framework for a large multi-site organisation.
  • High level computer skills with a demonstrable aptitude with accounting software and experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a finance/accounting area including the ability to produce timely and accurate financial reports.
