About the Role

Embrace the challenge of preparing around 1,000 fresh, quality meals daily for our patients, staff and other visitors to the Hospital.  Our Dietary Services team, nationally recognised for exceptional food service, offers an opportunity to not only showcase your culinary prowess but also contribute to outstanding patient care.  From meal preparation to meticulous HACCP compliance, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellence.

Hours
Flexibility is key. The roster includes three shifts: 0600 - 1406 (early shift covering Breakfast & Lunch) 0800-1606 (Sweets shift) and 1000-1806 (late shift covering Dinner).  You must be available for weekends and public holidays as required; hospitals always have patients and we always need great food

About you
Are you ready to bring your culinary passion and expertise to the table?  Your ability to thrive under pressure, uphold stringent food safety standards, and ideally have prior experience in a hospital or a large commercial kitchen; experience in bulk cookery experience is preferred.  A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cooking is a minimum.
