Job Description
Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty. Ltd. are seeking applications for highly motivated student studying a double degree of Engineering and Business to join our organisation on a maximum-term full-time contract for 12 months commencing in January 2025.
We have multiple student vacancies across our key divisions that demand an engineering and business background.
Our undergraduate student program –
- offers 12 month paid placements with potential for further opportunities to extend,
- Full-Time, hands-on placements
- includes being part of our Students@Bosch Program, which includes work and social activities, which are designed to encourage and support your career,
- provides opportunities to development and grow your skills in tandem with your tertiary studies within a multinational corporate environment,

Qualifications
As a member of our student group, you will be studying a double degree in Engineering and Business and be in year 2 or 3 of your degree.
To be considered, you should be studying one of the following engineering disciplines:
- IT/Systems
- Mechanical
- Software
- Mechatronics
You will additionally, be able to demonstrate the following to a high level:
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships,
- excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise multiple tasks, work well within a team with senior engineers and business manager while also working effectively individually,
- have a strong interest in innovation and be open to opportunities to combine learning from your double degree.

Our team will be recruiting future talented students with the following details –
- Student applications close 27 October 2024
- Short listed candidates may be asked to join an online MS Teams session.
- Next stage candidates will be asked to attend an onsite Student Assessment Centre at our Clayton office week commencing 18 November 2024 (if asked to attend you will be needed for up to half a day)
- Student offers will be made by end November 2024
- Student commencement will be 20 January 2025
