Job Description

  • Oversee financial management and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial goals align with the company's objectives.
  • Provide financial advice and insights to drive business growth.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and streamlining of existing processes.
  • Annual budget and periodic forecasting.
  • Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Regularly review financial data and present financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of 3 direct reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with post degree qualification (CA/CPA).
  • Proven experience in a similar business partnering role.
  • Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and successfully influence senior management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
