We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused and enthusiastic person to complement our team and provide front of house care to our clients and patients.

As part of the Apiam Animal Health group of regional and rural veterinary clinics across Australia, Warrnambool Veterinary is a fantastic veterinary clinic that prides itself on having a great relationship with clients, customer satisfaction and going above and beyond in patient care.   

The role includes:  

  • Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and face-to-face.  
  • Welcoming clients and their pets to the clinic.  
  • Managing appointments for clinical staff.  
  • Liaising with vets and vet nurses to ensure efficient daily scheduling.  
  • Ensuring a neat and tidy presentation of the reception and waiting areas.  

To be successful:  

  • 2+ years of reception or customer service experience.
  • Animal care knowledge is advantageous. 
  • Must genuinely love helping people and have a mature approach for tricky conversations. 
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills.   
  • Excellent team player and communicate well with clients, your colleagues and managers.
