Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a ‘Concrete Production Administrator’ for our Redbank based client.

This position is working from 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, with a permanent role available after a qualifying period.

We are offering a competitive payrate range, so please enquire to receive these rates.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration.
  • Filing.
  • Data entry.
  • Production scheduling.
  • Daily production input (data entry).
  • Receiving site orders.
  • Stock and consumables review.
  • Collating labour hire staff timesheets for agencies.
  • Safety reporting.
  • Onboarding new staff.
  • QA- Daily inspections and data entry input.
  • Organisation of maintenance of tools and equipment as required.

    Relevant experience, working in an admin-based role in a Production/ Manufacturing environment is highly regarded.
