We are looking to support an Early Childhood Educator in their career by joining our Hampton team. We are a knowledgable, dedicated group of educators who prioritise giving our children the best start to life. We're a quaint service with 54 children, giving us the opportunity to work closely as a united team. If you would like to join a team who lives by our HEART principles (honestly, excellence, accountability, respect & teamwork) we'd love to help you grow professionally and personally in your career and welcome you to our team. 

Working closely with our educators, you will play a key role in supporting children through their daily routines, interacting and engaging children in exciting activities and experiences, communicating with families about their child's day, and bringing a positive attitude to your role. We love to support our casual team to succeed in a role that is fullfulling and exciting with career development opportunities in mind. We will value your contribution to shaping the mind of our children and support you to grow in your career.

For this casual role we are ideally seeking:

  • A minimum of three days availability
  • Certificate III or Diploma Qualification (or studying towards)
  • Flexibility to workon-call or be booked in advanced.
  • Working with Children Check - Employee 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience with all ages desirable 
  • An understanding of child protection, safety, & wellbeing of children
