Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Sia Partners souhaite recruter en VIE des Consultant(e)s Cybersécurité pour ses bureaux en Australie : 

  • Capable de s’investir dans le développement de nos activités Cybersécurité dans nos implantations et auprès de nos clients locaux,

  • Disposant d’une première expérience (dont stages) en Cybersécurité.

En qualité de VIE, vous aurez deux types de positions :

  • Cyber Capability Leader : en oeuvrant, en étroite collaboration avec le Top Management local et notre Head of Cybersecurity Services en France, pour le développement de nos capacités opérationnelles et nos activités Cybersécurité en local ; 
  • En tant que Consultant : en intervenant opérationnellement en clientèle sur des projets de Cybersécurité avec l’appui de nos experts au niveau du Groupe.

Ainsi, et en adéquation avec vos appétences et choix d’expertise, vous serez amené à travailler - aussi bien en Conseil, en Implémentation qu’en Audit - sur une ou plusieurs de nos offres suivantes :

  • Cyber Strategy :

    • Cyber for Boards & Executives ; Cyber Target Operating Model ; Cyber M&A Due Diligence
    • Cyber Transformation ; Cyber Maturity Assessment & Rating ; Cyber Mentoring for Startups

Qualifications

Diplômé d’une grande école d’ingénieurs, d’une grande école de commerce ou université de premier rang, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie auprès d’un cabinet de conseil, fournisseur de solutions/services de Cybersécurité et/ou Cloud, ou côté client final au sein d’un grand groupe.

  • Vous maîtrisez quelques standards, normes et/ou référentiels de Cybersécurité du marché, notamment ISO 270xx , SANS, NIST, etc. ;
  • Vous avez activement pris part à des projets/missions réussi(e)s où vous avez développé une connaissance générale, a minima, autour de deux de nos 5 offres citées ci-haut ;
  • Vous disposez d’un excellent sens du relationnel vous permettant d'être à l'aise avec différents niveaux d'interlocuteurs, et appréciez le travail en équipe ;
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communication orale et écrite alliées à un très bon sens de la formalisation ;
  • Vous êtes intellectuellement curieux/curieuse, et développez un esprit critique et analytique prononcé, vous permettant de comprendre rapidement des sujets complexes et proposer des approches innovantes ;
  • Vous avez la fibre entrepreneuriale et souhaitez vous investir dans le développement d’offres et solutions innovantes ;
  • Vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel stimulant et épanouissant, où vous partagerez les valeurs que sont l’excellence, l’entrepreneuriat, l’innovation, la culture du partage, la bienveillance, l’équilibre vie personnelle / vie professionnelle

  • Vous disposez, a minima*, d’une certification reconnue au niveau international : CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, HCISPP, CISM, C-CISO, CISA, SANS SECXXX, CEH, ISO 27001 LI, ISO 27001 LA, ISO 27005 RM, ISO 22301 LI, ISO 22301 LA, AWS Certified Security, Google Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais (oral et écrit). Une troisième langue serait fortement appréciée, au regard de la dimension internationale de notre Cabinet et de nos clients.

 

*une exception sera faite pour les profils à haut potentiel qui ne disposeraient pas de ces certification. Ils intégreront notre programme interne de Cyber Training au sei du Sia Cyber Institute pour la préparation et l’obtention de certifications Cybersécurité.

Date de démarrage du VIE : ASAP 

A l’issue du VIE, et selon votre souhait et les performances observées, il vous sera proposé d’intégrer notre bureau local ou de rejoindre notre équipe Cybersécurité en France ou à l’international.

  • Le départ en mission s’effectue au plus tard le jour de votre 29ème anniversaire. Au-delà, aucune dérogation n’est accordée.
  • Vous devez être de nationalité française ou européenne (ressortissant des Etats membres de l'Espace Economique Européen qui regroupe les 28 Etats membres de l’Union européenne, la Norvège, l'Islande, le Lichtenstein) ou monégasque.
  • Vous devez être en règle avec les obligations de service national du pays dont vous êtes ressortissant.
  • Vous devez jouir de vos droits civiques et justifier d’un casier judiciaire vierge.
