We are seeking Full Time Permanent, Inbound Sales Consultants to join our team on based in Padstow. 

This is a sales role, where the calls come to you

About the Role:

  • Providing a great customer experience to our customers.
  • Supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries.
  • Exploring customer needs to ensure we are offering our full scope of services.
  • Communicating and articulating the features and benefits of booking with O’Brien AutoGlass.

About your Roster:

  • Commencing rate - $29.54/hr +commission.
  • Comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success
  • Training hours will be Monday to Friday for 4 weeks from 09.00am - 5.00pm.
  • Padstow based head office with free onsite parking.
  • Rotating roster: Will be between 8.00am and 10.00pm (Monday-Sunday)
  • Your roster will also be supportive of a flexible and work/life balance.
