The Opportunity

Are you a passionate scholar committed to advancing research in educational counselling? We are seeking a Lecturer in Counselling who will contribute to our Faculty's strategic research priorities through an innovative and impactful research program. This role is key to furthering our understanding of responsive, inclusive, ethical, and socially just practices in educational counselling, especially within increasingly diverse societies and communities.

The successful candidate will develop and lead a research program that aligns with the Faculty's diverse research agenda, contributing to how educational counselling can evolve to meet the needs of super-diverse communities. You will collaborate with colleagues on high-quality scholarly activities that push the boundaries of knowledge in this field, while articulating and pursuing a clear research trajectory with an emerging track record of excellence.

To be considered for this position, you should have a proven or emerging record of high-quality scholarly activities, both individually and in collaboration with others. You must possess the ability to think critically, creatively, and ethically about the role of education in shaping opportunities for current and future generations. A commitment to innovative problem-solving and inspiring leadership in the field of educational counselling is essential.
