Working in small teams, you will have the opportunity to work across Sewer, Storm and Water Mains projects.We offer job stability and long-term positions with a large pipeline of works across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks. Shadforth can offer the right candidate a genuine opportunity to grow their skills and progress their career with a leading Civil Contractor.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

SIDE EXCAVATOR OPERATORS 

  • Skilled in operating 20 tonne plus machines with demonstrated experience of lifting operations using excavator.
  • Ability to work in confined area.
  • Knowledge of hand signals and instructions. 
  • Experience lifting shoring, deep trenches, placing pipes and all aspects of back-fill and compaction, will be highly regarded.

LEAD EXCAVATOR OPERATORS

  • You'll have demonstrated experience lead operating. 
  • Able to carry-out deep excavations, skilled with working in shoring and wet ground conditions.
  • Experienced in excavating around existing services.
  • Knowledge and ability to use GPS.
