Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Dealer Administrator's responsibility is to provide exceptional administrative support to our network of motor vehicle dealers, FLA, and local reseller customers. The primary function is to engage with these customers, ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process dealer, FLA, and local reseller orders, including order entry, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and assisting with stock control.
  • Coordinate with dealerships, FLA, and local resellers to address inquiries, place bookings, and ensure orders are executed and delivered on time.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of dealer events and promotions.
  • Provide support and backup for the Branch Manager and retail sales team.

  • A strong customer service ethic with a focus on dealer, FLA, and local reseller relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
