The Workshop controller position, would idealy be suited to a Service advisor / Parts interpreter / Motor assessor / Workshop foreman or coordinator / Mechanic / Panel beater / Caravan repairer / Coach builder

Responsibilities include;

-High level of interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with customers and team members providing guidance as well as technical support.

-Can do, positive attitude, Self-motivated. Capability to see the big picture and take ownership until issues and resolved.

-Strong problem-solving skills, ability to diagnosis and train others.

-Greeting customers, qualifying, and understanding their needs.

-Creating repair orders, managing the repair process and quality of repairs.

-Ordering parts as required and assisting parts manager with day-to-day tasks.

-Ability to learn on the job, prosper and upskill others.

You will require;

-Competence in office and computer skills.

-Comprehension of instruction and installation manuals.

-Methodical and efficient diagnosis skills.

-Able to work unsupervised, train staff and manage daily workflow.

-Follow procedures and ensure staff adhere.

-Clean appearance and clean work environment.

-Demonstrate leadership qualities, showcasing initiative, responsibility, and strong work ethic.
