Your Role:

  • Craft and lead a dynamic education program to nurture and develop each child in your group.
  • Collaborate with our passionate Centre Manager, Assistant Manager, and team members to foster a loving environment for children and families.
  • Manage classroom activities, ensuring a lively, educational experience every day.
  • Support, Mentor and inspire the room’s educators to deepen their understanding of the curriculum and embed a culture of ongoing reflective practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the team, families, children and the wider community.
  • Share passion and enthusiasm for creating educational, interesting and inviting play spaces, linking to the curriculum.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent, recognised by ACECQA.
  • Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, skilled in VEYLF, EYLF, and NQF.
  • Senior first aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Victorian Institute of Teaching registration (VIT).
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.
