About the Position
As the Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of events for EOS. From industry tradeshows to corporate hospitality and internal functions, you will ensure each event is delivered to the highest standard.
Primary Duties:
- Manage and maintain the EOS Group Events Calendar.
- Plan and coordinate Australian-based tradeshows in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Lead the organization of corporate hospitality and sponsorship events across Australia.
- Serve as the primary contact for global EOS entities during event planning.
- Coordinate internal events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work with external suppliers to meet event requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event materials and collateral.
Events Coordinator
EOS is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on planning, organizing, and delivering exceptional events across our organization.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Hold post-secondary qualifications or equivalent experience in Event Management.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience working with external suppliers and managing event logistics.
- Exposure to the Defence or Space Industry is a plus.
