Our busy clinics located in Albany are seeking a medical receptionist. The role is a full time, fixed term contract for 6 months , with the potential opportunity to review and extend if available. The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between the core hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm, rotating throughout the 2 clinics located in Albany.

What will you be doing:

Be the first point of contact for patients at reception  Providing excellent customer service and patient care Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers Driving the delivery of high quality service to patients and referrers

Key selection criteria:

Previous medical reception experience (highly desirable)  Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment   Have patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients
