West Technology is proud to be partnering with a Microsoft Business Applications solutions consultancy specialising in delivering innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform IT business solutions.
About Your New Role
Sitting within the solutions team the business is looking for a highly experienced solutions architect with proven solution skills and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
The primary responsibilities for the position will include:
•Acting as subject matter expert, building strong, trusted relationships with clients and acting as the team leader on the engagements.
•Leading consulting engagements including scoping, requirement gathering workshops, solution architecture and design and configuration.
•User training, and leading teams through development and deployment phases.
•Driving technical readiness for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with product certifications
•Supporting and mentoring consultants across technical and non-technical functionality.
•Assist with pre-sales meetings and documentation.
About You
•10+ years of experience in Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365 technologies.
•Deep experience implementing D365 Business application solutions on the Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
•Experience with Dynamics Sales, Dynamics Marketing, Power Apps Portals/Power Pages.
•Proven experience with pre-sales support, technical consulting, and solution design.
•Any hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, and application architecture will be desirable.
