Senior Boardroom Waiter:

JRM Hospitality is looking for an experienced Senior Bardroom Waiter who can demonstrate 5-star service and has a passion for the hospitality industry. Working for a national corporate company, you'll be working as part of a team in a busy environment. You will be joining a business dedicated to achieving first class reputation.

Working Monday to Friday, between 38-40 hours per week, in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Competitive hourly rate and a commitment from the client for long term employment opportunity.

Duties will include:

  • Preparation of boardrooms, ranging from casual to formal set up;
  • Setup of AV equipment as required
  • Providing professional food and beverage service - with a focus on premium wine and food menus
  • While most shifts are 9-5, some days may require late start and late evening finishes:
    • 9pm latest finish
    • Roughly twice per fortnight depending on functions
  • Coffee making with latte art
  • Stocking, restocking rooms and pantries

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate must:

  • Have full Australian working rights
  • Extensive coffee experience with latte art
  • Experience in function, hotel or boardroom work
  • Valid RSA certificate
  • Proven experience in working autonomously, in boardrooms and as part of team when required
  • Immaculate grooming
  • Exceptional communication skills - particularly with VIP delegates
  • Proficiency in using computer booking software, Microsoft 365
