About the Role

MAX, Australia’s premier gaming services provider, specializes in electronic gaming machine (EGM) monitoring, integrity services, and other gaming-related services for pubs, clubs, and similar venues. As the MAX Product Manager you’ll drive product strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the product portfolio and focus on enhancing profitability and sustainability for MAX venues. You’ll also lead a small but impactful product team with a focus on:

  • developing and managing the product roadmap to align with customer and business expectations, including market research, competitive analysis, and feature definition.
  • overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring products meet both customer needs and business objectives;
  • collaborating with external suppliers to create product solutions that enhance the product portfolio.
  • driving product innovation and improvements, maintaining alignment with the overarching MAX Product Strategy.
  • managing capital expenditures and focusing on financial accountability and budgets; and
  • leading and developing a team to support product loyalty and training initiatives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll be an experienced product professional ideally with some experience in the gaming industry. You’ll have strong leadership abilities and possess the following skills and experiences.

  • excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills,
  • strong data and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making;
  • familiarity with software / application development;
  • a strong customer focus and
  • well-developed communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
