Komatsu Rental in Mackay is offering a prime opportunity that blends your hard-earned expertise with leadership. As our Leading Hand, you won’t just be another cog in the machine – you'll be the one fine-tuning it. We're on the hunt for a professional tradie with the savvy to supervise our machinery operations for Rental and Remarketing. This entails meticulous servicing, proactive maintenance, and hands-on repair work, ensuring every piece of machinery is primed to perform. Collaborate with the best in the biz as you implement our robust preventative maintenance program, aimed to optimize performance without straining the resources.

A recognized trade qualification bolstered by extensive hands-on industry experience. In-depth knowledge of earthmoving machinery; familiarity with Komatsu a definite plus. Proven leadership capabilities, with the knack to steer and inspire a dynamic team. Strong communication skills; whether you're hashing things out on the floor, drafting an email, or preparing a report. Proficiency with computer tools, especially in MS Office and inventory management systems. An uncompromising approach to safety, ensuring every crew member clocks out as they clocked in.
