Our client is a leading service provider to the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure industries, offering a comprehensive range of skilled personnel, heavy vehicles, light vehicles, and equipment. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on one of their remote mine sites, working on a 2:2 FIFO roster. Flights from capital cities, accommodation, and transport to the site each day will be provided.

Role Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support to the leadership team in the Mining Division.

- Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures.

- Coordinate rosters, accommodation, and flights.

- Manage employee training requirements and maintain skills matrix.

- Coordinate plant and equipment maintenance records.

- Handle creditor/debtor invoicing tasks.

- Manage daily timesheets accurately.

- Maintain various reports for Senior Management.

- Perform general office and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with a strong focus on attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

- Well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong time management skills.

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Prior knowledge and understanding of the Construction and Mining industry would be advantageous.

- Experience with MYOB software is preferred.

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
