The Opportunity
Our Lysaght business is looking for a for a Storeperson, a true leader with exceptional communication and organisational skills to join our team based in Tweed Heads. This diverse role will offer you variety each day working between our Customer service and Warehousing. You will be given scope to showcase your skills in customer service and warehouse operations and develop your career with an iconic Australian company.

What Will You Do?
Working together with the team in providing excellent service, you'll be:
- receiving loads (goods inwards), checking quality, confirming type and quantity and receipting goods into our ERP system
- loading customer vehicles (goods out) with their pick-up orders by hand and forklift, creating paperwork & dispatching/manifesting product in our ERP system
- picking & packing from stock on site to create customers’ specific orders
- resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
- vetting and checking customer orders
- maintaining site
More About You
With your positive attitude and willingness to develop yourself in the role you will need to bring:
- a commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others
- computer competency with ability to learn applications such as SAP and excel
- experience in a warehouse or production environment
- a minimum 3 years’ experience driving a forklift (preferably in delicate products)
- a high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- honest and strong moral principles in all tasks
- a proactive and optimistic mindset
