Lead Pharmacist

The Lead Pharmacist – Innovation & Redesign (temporary, 24 months) will provide expert professional knowledge and skills to assist in ensuring Western Health Pharmacy takes full advantage of planned capital developments, and keeps abreast of the changing healthcare landscape, including expansion of advanced scope of practice roles for pharmacy.

• Have excellent communication skills 
• Be experienced leading and managing a team
• Have significant experience as a registered pharmacist 
• Successfully work in a dynamic environment
• Need good time management skills
• Have a strong understanding of redesign and project management principles
