Aspen Pumps Asia Pacific is headquartered in Lonsdale, South Australia and supplies the ANZ market with a comprehensive range of leading brands in HVAC/R pumps, accessories and rooftop support. The business is going through an exciting growth phase, in particular with their Veto Pro Pac and Unilite brands and is now looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team
  • Update all websites and social media content, pricing and other information on a regular basis with a particular focus on the Veto Pro Pac and Unilite brands
  • Drive and implement new creative product promotions including brand ambassadors and using their IP
  • Work closely with the external marketing and advertising agency
  • Liaise with the Global Marketing team in the U.K. and implement local campaigns
  • Produce new merchandise for Veto Pro Pac and Unilite products used in give away promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and feedback on social media

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • Marketing university graduate or 1-2 years of experience working in similar marketing support role
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Graphic design skills such as Adobe Creative Suite a plus, but not necessary
  • WordPress experience a plus, but not required
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Creative mindset
