About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Business Process Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind the design, delivery, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the changes are successful and deliver value to the business.
You'll dive into our current processes, identify areas for improvement, develop solutions and create relevant documentation to ensure successful implementation.
Day to day, you'll:
- Effectively use analytical tools and techniques to identify, analyse and evaluate potential solutions against requirements.
- Undertake business process modelling (utilising BMPN2.0 methodology) and data analysis as required.
- Document the current and future process states, clearly articulating gaps, inefficiencies, collating and documenting business requirements and devising a benefits realisation plan.
- Conduct risk and control assessments to understand the risk and control environment as a result of process changes.
About you
You're a master at finding creative solutions to complex challenges and can turn data into actionable insights. You know how to make processes flow smoothly and efficiently and think outside the box to come up with fresh ideas.
- You have experience in a business analysis role within financial services / insurance industry.
- You have knowledge of, and experience in, business process modelling and reengineering
- You can explain complex ideas in simple terms and collaborate with ease.
- You're experienced in mapping, analysing and improving processes.
